It is just a little more than a fortnight from the return of the “Grape” Air Jordan V OG. The 2025 iteration will mark the fifth retail run for the classic colorway, having originally debuted in 1990, with returns in 2006, 2013, ( yes this includes the much maligned “Fresh Prince” edition from 2018).
Like all of their forebears, they will feature a white leather upper with clear netting present at the sides and tongue. Perched atop the grape tongue is an emerald Jumpman, while the hue also takes care of the “NIKE “AIR” branding on the rear heel.
The aforementioned upper, which appears to have a different shape to more closely mimic the OG, sits atop a grape, black, and emerald midsole and a Nike-branded white and translucent rubber outsole.
The “Grape” Air Jordan V is slated to begin its latest trip around the retail sun June 11 at nike.com and select retail establishments. They will carry a 210 USD sticker price.
